New Equipment – Need new or additional equipment?

This request is for existing staff that require new or additional equipment. ‘New’ being new to them by possession, not necessarily ‘brand new’. Company stock will be allocated to facilitate this request, if available, and may be in a new or used condition/state.

Please populate and submit the following form. This submission will generate a support request.

Please Note: We require at least 14 working days notice to provision a member of staff with new or additional IT equipment regardless of whether the equipment is in stock or needs to be purchased.

Important information about offboarding:

Please leave any existing computer device(s) specified in this submission, that are being re-allocated or decommissioned, in their current state and left turned on running. After you receive your new equipment, we require access to the previous/old equipment in order to successfully offboard. We are unable to re-use and provision the previous/old equipment to another member of staff until this has been successfully completed. It is necessary to relinquish accounts to deprovision and cancel off licensing, so you don’t incur unnecessary additional costs. This is also very important for compliance and data protection purposes. You’ll be notified of completion.
