General administrative requests are not ‘support’ or ‘incident’ related; they are more generalised for administrative purposes, which are also not catered for with our other Admin/M365 submission services. They are for other business administrative tasks, such as Microsoft 365 administration, license changes, Phone system changes, or an enquiry regarding an office relocation/move. If your enquiry does not relate to this and is ‘support’ or ‘incident’ related, for instance, if you have a failure or fault with equipment or services, please visit our support services here.
