Administrative requests are not ‘support’ or ‘incident’ related; they are more generalised for administrative purposes, for instance, business administrative tasks, Microsoft 365 admin or license changes, Phone system changes, a request for IT-related instructions, or even an enquiry regarding an office re-location/move.
