Software & Drivers – Need additional Software or Drivers?

Software and Drivers are centrally provisioned, managed, and maintained, we install these in our remote management services before testing them deploying, and provisioning them to an end device. In most cases this is seamless, and we won’t require to remote onto the end user device or require user intervention, however, in some instances, we will be required to liaise and communicate with you to assist with the initial install.

Please Note:

  • We usually require about 5 – 15 working days’ notice to test and provision new software or drivers in a managed environment.
(This may be used to contact you for software / driver install purposes, please provide a company email address, ticket with @gmail.com and @outlook.com etc. email addresses maybe blocked for security reasons and may not be delivered to us)
We hold no liability for any unauthorised actions. Software and Driver installs can have a significant impact, both in regards to security and data protection.
To find a computer name, type 'About your PC' in the start menu search and select it. The system information will display the 'Device name'. If unable to obtain, please at least list the relevant staff members full name(s).
