Equipment
This request is for equipment-related enquiries for existing staff (not new staff). For instance, changing equipment or ordering new equipment.
If we manage your company’s equipment/stock, typically, we require the following timescales to facilitate successful management:
- Changing Equipment Remotely/Onsite – Reprovision onto existing equipment: Up to 5 working days
- Changing Equipment We Stock – Reprovision onto existing stocked equipment, including shipping: Up to 10 working days
- Ordering New Equipment – Reprovision onto new equipment, to be ordered, including shipping: Up to 15 working days
(Note: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.)

Note: We prioritise requests for new staff starting or for replacement equipment in the event of failure or repair, where in both instances, it can impede operation.
Important information about offboarding:
Please leave any computer device(s) specified in this submission that are being re-provisioned or decommissioned, left turned on and running for offboarding. We are unable to re-provision equipment until the offboarding has been completed. This saves costs and is also very important for compliance and data protection purposes. The device will be shut down, and you’ll be notified of completion.
